Wakeboard bindings

Wakeboard bindings come with a number of pre-drilled holes that are designed to allow the user the opportunity to change the angle as well of the position of the bindings on the board. There are different angles, called degress, at which the bindings are placed.
You can measure how far apart your bindings should be by doing as simple as jumping up in the air on flat land. When you look to see the distance between your feet as you land, this should be a good indicator of the width apart that you should set the wakeboard bindings.

Practice before you ever even go out on the water. Step into the wakeboard and test out the wakeboard bindings in your own home. Try jumping around for a while and see how it feels as you land.

Your ultimate goal should to try to be able to land as comfortably as possible. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort as you land, you may want to try to readjust the wakeboard bindings. Continue to do this until you find the most comfortable setting.

If you take the time to do this with your wakeboard bindings before you even step foot inn the water, you will be able to greatly reduce the possibility of being injured while wakeboarding.
