Wakeboard towers
If you are interested in wakeboarding, then there is a very good chance that you are going to want to invest in wakeboard towers for your boat or jet ski in order to be able to wakeboard to the best of your ability.
Wakeboard towers are able to do a couple of different things to help wakeboarders.
• Tricks –Towers are usually about seven feet tall and are attached to the boat. The rope that the rider holds on to is connected to the top of the tower. This allows for less resistance when a wakeboarder hits a wake and allows him to stay in the air longer. This, in turn, allows him to be able to do more aerial tricks.
• Storage – If you have a jet ski or even a small boat, one of the problems that wakeboarders run into is the fact that they do not have enough room to put their boards on the floor of the boat. This leads to some uncomfortable situations. But wakeboard towers help combat this because they include racks on them where you can safely place and strap in your board without fear of it blowing away.
Many boats and jetskis that are available for purchase already have these towers included on them because the manufacturers have watched wakeboarding grow in popularity over recent years. It is for these two main reasons that wakeboard towers have become so visible on boats and waterskis.
